On January 23, 2018, 24-year-old Danzell Lamont Gholson was found deceased in the 500 block of Davisville Place in Hopewell, Virginia. Responding to reports of multiple gunshots around 2 p.m., police discovered Gholson with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene and subsequently transported to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the exact cause of death.
