Joshua Israel Psalms Arrington, an 18-year-old from Hopewell, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2021. Joshua, affectionately known as "Hammer Head" by his family and friends, had recently graduated from Hopewell High School and was preparing to attend Chowan University. He was employed at Bojangles and enjoyed recording music with his friends in his spare time.
