On a Tuesday evening in January, the life of 16-year-old Tyce J. Lewis was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The incident, which occurred on January 24, 2023, at the intersection of Kayvee Road and Vickilee Road, was later described by police as a robbery that took a deadly turn. Lewis, a male student at James River High School, was brought to Chippenham Hospital with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
