On February 19, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Henrico County, Virginia, resulting in the death of Michael Stevens, a 40-year-old resident of Richmond. The Henrico Police Department responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 2100 block of Rhudy Street at the intersection of Hargrove Avenue just after 6 p.m. that Sunday evening.
