In the winter of 2023, a life was tragically cut short in Henrico County, just outside of Richmond, Virginia. Michael Stevens, a 40-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of Sunday, February 19th. The incident occurred at the intersection of Rhudy Street and Hargrove Avenue, where the Henrico County Police were called to the scene.
