In the spring of 2018, the life of a vibrant and affectionate four-year-old boy, Demetrius Jefferson, was tragically cut short in Henrico County, a suburb of Richmond, Virginia. On May 7, 2018, authorities responded to a call at the 11 North At White Oak Apartments and found the young male child with a gunshot wound to his head.
