In the early evening of March 23, 2023, the life of 24-year-old Qurante 'TaeBudd' De'Zhan Budd, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Suffolk, Virginia. At approximately 5:04 PM, Suffolk Police were dispatched to the 300 block of S. Division Street following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Budd inside a vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
