K'Von Marquese Morgan, a 10-year-old boy from Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2023. He was struck by stray bullets while sitting in his bedroom, reportedly enjoying pizza and cheese sticks while watching television with a friend. The incident occurred in the Pecan Acres apartment complex, where K'Von was hit by gunfire that originated from outside the building. Despite being rushed to VCU/MCV Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
