On the evening of October 4, 2020, Johnathan Tyrone King, a 30-year-old male, was with his friend, Kevin Williams, on a porch on Hinton Street in Petersburg, Virginia. At approximately 11:30 p.m., both men were struck by gunfire in a drive-by shooting. They were transported to a local hospital where they succumbed to their injuries on October 5, 2020.
