On a late autumn day in Petersburg, Virginia, the life of Anthony Antonio Tucker, a 47-year-old man known affectionately as 'Amp,' was abruptly cut short. On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, Tucker was shot and killed in a violent encounter that stunned the local community. The incident, which is being investigated as a homicide, took place on Harding Street, in the vicinity of a neighborhood convenience store.
