In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Herndon, Virginia, a dispute between two longtime friends tragically escalated, leaving one man dead and another facing murder charges. On July 6, 2023, 37-year-old Robert “Rob” Fisher of Chantilly was shot and killed in a parking garage in the McNair neighborhood.
