Julian Rashad Martin, a 30-year-old resident of Reston, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2020, in Herndon, Virginia. The incident occurred around 2:25 p.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 1000 block of Queens Court. Upon arrival, they found Martin lying in the street with severe injuries. He was immediately transported to Reston Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
