On December 12, 2023, at approximately 1:47 p.m., Fairfax County police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 5300 block of Harbor Court Drive in Franconia, Virginia. Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and observed an individual fleeing the scene with a firearm, entering a black Dodge Charger.
