In the early evening of Saturday, June 8, 2024, the life of 21-year-old Khyree Malik Slan was tragically cut short in a shooting in Chesapeake, Virginia. The incident unfolded just before 6:43 p.m. in the 1100 block of Sir Lancelot Drive. When Chesapeake police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Slan suffering from gunshot wounds.
