In the late afternoon of a Saturday in November 2024, the life of 31-year-old Taquam Worsley of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically cut short. First responders were dispatched to the 3100 block of Border Road at approximately 4:50 p.m. following initial reports of gunshots in the area.
