On November 2, 2024, at approximately 10:42 p.m., Prince William County police responded to reports of a shooting at a commuter lot located at 2250 Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers discovered 27-year-old Jeffery Kojo Owusu, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body. Despite receiving immediate medical attention and being transported to a nearby hospital, Owusu succumbed to his injuries.
