In the late hours of a Saturday evening, a dispute outside a Sumter, South Carolina bar tragically escalated, claiming the life of 26-year-old Rayquan Kentrell Dean. On April 8, 2023, outside Brewer's Bar and Grill on East Wesmark Boulevard, an ongoing disagreement between Dean and another man turned violent.
