On June 11, 2023, 39-year-old Dennis Taylor was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Vault Nightclub located at 3106 Broad River Road in Columbia, South Carolina. Deputies from the Richland County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of gunfire around 5 a.m. and found Taylor lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
