In the summer of 2023, the life of 33-year-old Victor D’ Jeon Glover, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Columbia, South Carolina. On the evening of July 9th, Columbia Police Department officers were dispatched to the Gable Oaks Apartments on Colleton Street shortly before 9:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
