In the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 5, 2017, a sense of quiet dread descended upon a trailer located in the vicinity of 32nd Street and Garfield in Phoenix, Arizona. Inside, 48-year-old Rogelio Cruz Pangan, known to his loved ones as Roger, was faced with an unexpected and ultimately fatal encounter.
