Idris Chance Ali Cooper, a 34-year-old man from Florence, South Carolina, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on July 21, 2024. The incident occurred at the Colonial Gardens Apartments on the 500 block of Third Loop Road in Florence. Authorities were alerted to reports of gunshots shortly after midnight, and upon arrival, they found Cooper lying in the parking lot near a running vehicle.
