In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Florence, South Carolina, the life of 16-year-old JaiMere Jordan was tragically cut short. On June 19, 2025, police responded to reports of a shooting and found the young man, a male, lying on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was ultimately pronounced dead. Another individual was also found at the scene, critically injured from the gunfire.
