On August 17, 2024, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Jasper County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of gunfire on Dasher Road in Tillman, South Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Among them was 72-year-old Leroy Frost Sr., who was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators identified two suspects in connection with the shooting: 20-year-old Ja'Quan Demontre James and 41-year-old Herman Dessasure. ...Read More
