In the late hours of a Saturday evening in September 2024, the life of 40-year-old Corey Johns of Lexington, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On September 14th, Johns and another man, 37-year-old Jibaris Veal of Columbia, were discovered inside a vehicle on Koon Store Road in a rural part of Richland County. Both men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
