In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Meridian, Mississippi, a dispute at an Exxon gas station escalated into a fatal encounter for 29-year-old Ladarius Armstrong. The incident, which occurred around 1 a.m., began as a physical altercation between Armstrong and another man. The confrontation took a tragic turn when a firearm was introduced, and Armstrong sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
