An altercation inside a residence on South Street in Grenada, Mississippi, on the evening of November 27, 2023, resulted in the shooting of 36-year-old Nicolaus Marquis Cole. Officers from the Grenada Police Department responded to a shooting call at approximately 7:57 p.m. and discovered Cole with gunshot wounds inside the home.

Emergency services transported Cole to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Grenada. He was then airlifted to another medical facility outside of Gren ...
