In the early morning hours of a weekend filled with homecoming celebrations in Yazoo City, Mississippi, a private party turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 35-year-old Jarvis Williams. On October 12, 2024, at approximately 3 a.m., Williams was shot multiple times. He was rushed to Baptist Medical Center Yazoo, but tragically, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
