On February 13, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in East Lansing, Michigan, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Brian Anthony Fraser. Fraser, a sophomore at Michigan State University (MSU) and president of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, was among the victims of a mass shooting that took place on the MSU campus.
