On March 3, 2023, Aaron James Barlow, a 54-year-old man from Covert, Michigan, was found dead in a parked car at an apartment complex in Holland. The incident occurred around 3 AM when Holland Public Safety officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Barlow suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the quick response of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
