Joseph Enrique Martinez, a 30-year-old man, tragically lost his life on the evening of November 27, 2023, in a shooting that unfolded in Lansing, Michigan. The fatal incident occurred shortly after 6 p.m. in the parking lot of the South Lansing library branch in Everett Plaza. After being shot, Martinez managed to make his way into the library, seeking assistance. Despite the immediate response from emergency services who transported him to a hospital, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. ...
