On a cold January day in Detroit, Michigan, a fatal encounter unfolded at the intersection of 8 Mile Road and the Southfield Freeway, claiming the lives of two men. Joseph Selita, a 28-year-old Caucasian man from the nearby suburb of Sterling Heights, was driving his black Charger when he pulled up to Clayton Willis, a well-known 65-year-old double-amputee who was panhandling in his wheelchair.
