Chad Nathen Medlin, a 36-year-old firefighter from Eau Claire, Michigan, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on November 2, 2024. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. at the intersection of Main and Elm Streets in Eau Claire. Medlin, born on October 7, 1988, in Petoskey, Michigan, was found unresponsive with life-threatening gunshot wounds when police arrived at the scene.
