On the evening of April 11, 2019, a young man named Jaron Pearson, reported to be either 20 or 21 years old, was fatally shot in Detroit, Michigan. He was sitting in his vehicle at the intersection of Curtis and Wisconsin Street on the city's west side when the incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m.
