In the quiet neighborhood of Temple Hills, Maryland, the life of 31-year-old Omar Anthony Smith was tragically cut short on a Sunday afternoon. On February 26, 2023, police responded to a call around noon in the 3700 block of Dunlap Street, where they discovered Smith outside, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, the young man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
