On March 12, 2023, at approximately 4:28 PM, a tragic incident occurred in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore's Upton neighborhood. Juan Hill, a 32-year-old man, was shot and killed during an altercation. The shooting took place in the McCulloh Homes community, which is part of Baltimore's Central District.
