On May 6, 2023, at approximately 1:26 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to reports of a man lying in the street at the intersection of East Belvedere Avenue and Perring Parkway. Upon arrival, they discovered 29-year-old Dimante Fox suffering from gunshot wounds to the head in the 5700 block of Perring Parkway. Medics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
