Death by Force

Diamante Izrel Howard, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on April 21, 2018. The incident occurred in the O'Donnell Heights area of southeast Baltimore. Howard was shot at the intersection of Fortview Way and Boston Street just before 2 a.m. on that fateful day. When police arrived at the scene, they found Howard in possession of a gun. The community was deeply affected by his death, and a large vigil was held in his memory shortly after the incident.
