Ranmone Tolbert, a 31-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was fatally shot on June 24, 2023, in Clinton, Maryland. Officers responding to the scene found Tolbert outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a hospital for treatment.
