In the early evening of January 3, 2019, a tragic series of events unfolded in Clinton, Maryland, culminating in the death of 19-year-old Robert Glasco. Glasco, a resident of Capitol Heights, was fatally shot during what police determined to be an illegal drug transaction that escalated into a violent exchange of gunfire. The incident also claimed the life of another 19-year-old, Shaquan Chambers of Clinton.
