Carl Patrick Marshall, a 22-year-old resident of Clinton, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of April 16, 2016. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 5300 block of Vienna Drive. When officers from the Prince George's County Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Marshall suffering from a gunshot wound.
