In a tragic turn of events on August 16, 2019, 37-year-old Kelvin Rascoe, a male, lost his life in what Prince George's County police have described as a domestic-related murder-suicide. The incident unfolded inside a residence on the 11700 block of Mordente Drive in Clinton, Maryland, where both Kelvin and his brother resided.
