Kelvin Rascoe, a 37-year-old resident of Clinton, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2019, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred at a home in the 11700 block of Mordente Drive, where Kelvin lived with his younger brother, Benjamin Rascoe, aged 32.
