Death by Force

On August 6, 2023, at approximately 3:31 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the 600 block of East 33rd Street. Upon arrival, they learned that a 29-year-old male, later identified as Codell Brown, had been transported to a local hospital.
