Sherman Carrothers Jr., also known as "Scooter," was a 42-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland. He tragically lost his life on February 8, 2017. Sherman was a beloved father of seven and grandfather of four, known for his strong-willed and social nature. He was employed at Kohl's at the time of his death and had a passion for spending time with his family, fishing, cooking, and eating.
