Ronnie Thomas, age 22, was shot and killed on May 31, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred during a cookout near Belair Road and Sinclair Lane, marking the 41st homicide in Baltimore for May, a month that would become the deadliest since the 1970s. Thomas was the son of Ronnie Thomas Jr., also known as "Skinny Suge," who was famously featured in the controversial 2004 "Stop Snitching" DVD that discouraged witness cooperation in criminal investigations.
