Death by Force

On August 24, 2016, Kion Frisoen, age 26, was shot and killed in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 4400 block of Daytona Avenue in northwest Baltimore during the afternoon. When police arrived at the scene, they found Frisoen suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency response efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
