On September 2, 2023, at approximately 7:40 p.m., Prince George's County police officers responded to reports of a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Branch Avenue and St. Barnabas Road in Suitland, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 48-year-old Brian Akinfe of Temple Hills lying unresponsive near his motorcycle.
