On September 29, 2023, at approximately 12:02 a.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at Jimmie's Paddock, a bar located in the 4700 block of Crain Highway in White Plains, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds: 36-year-old Paul Ernest Fleming of Indian Head and 27-year-old Mariah Termetrice Logan of Waldorf.
