On February 8, 2024, two-year-old Jeremy Poou-Caceres tragically lost his life in a shooting in Langley Park, Maryland. Jeremy and his mother were walking along Kanawha Street when they were caught in the crossfire of a gunfight between two groups. A stray bullet struck both Jeremy and his mother.
