Andres Moreno Jr., a 16-year-old student from Edmondson Westside High School in Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on February 5, 2023. The incident occurred around 6:15 PM in the 1800 block of East 29th Street, where witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots.
