In the autumn of 2023, the life of Jordan Isiah Wise, a 19-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. On the evening of October 15th, Wise sustained multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace in the Northwest district of the city. In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, he was transported to a local hospital as a walk-in patient.
