Raynard Booker, a 44-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was initially shot on January 26, 2021, in the Central Park Heights neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:30 PM, and Booker was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 2800 block of Wylie Avenue. He was immediately transported to Sinai Hospital for treatment. Despite the medical efforts, Booker succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on July 26, 2021.
